Welcome to Infinite Horizons PR (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Services

Infinite Horizons PR provides publicity services for authors, including feature articles and TV interviews. Our standard package includes two publication features: an "About the Author" Bio Spotlight and a Book Summary. We also offer additional publication opportunities and TV interview services as described on our website.

Process After Purchase

After payment, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. You are required to schedule a 15-minute interview with one of our Publicists. Our team will review your information, ask additional questions if necessary, and use this to create your feature articles.

Review and Revisions

You will have the opportunity to review your articles before publication. Two rounds of revisions are included in your purchase. You must sign off for accuracy before publication.

Publication Guarantee

We have a 99% publication success rate. However, we cannot publish articles related to how-to manuals for illegal substances, cannabis, firearms, gambling, pornography, and criminal activity.

Disclaimer

Our customer service channels can assist with orders, technical issues, and general questions only. They cannot provide specific PR advice. Customer service staff are not PR professionals.

No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee particular results from using our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinite Horizons PR be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Infinite Horizons PR, its owners, partners, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) your breach of these Terms;

(b) your use of our services;

(c) any defamatory, libelous or slanderous statements you make about Infinite Horizons PR, its owners, partners, employees, agents or representatives through any means or media; and

(d) any violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations by you.

Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for information on refunds.

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope of this arbitration clause, shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Kalispell, Montana administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Horizons PR regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
