Our Commitment

Infinite Horizons PR offers publicity services for authors, including feature articles and TV interviews. Our standard package provides two publication features. We also offer additional publication opportunities in major outlets as add-ons. For broader media exposure, we provide TV interview services on regional affiliate stations of major networks. All our services include an author questionnaire, a personal interview with a Publicist, revision rounds, and final approval by the author.

Publication Guarantee

We have a 99% publication success rate. However, if we are unable to publish your articles due to reasons within our control, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

Your book must not fall under our non-publishable categories (how-to manuals for illegal substances, cannabis, firearms, gambling, pornography, and criminal activity).

You must have completed our questionnaire and participated in the 15-minute interview with one of our Publicists.

You must have allowed us the opportunity to complete two rounds of revisions, as included in your purchase.

Refund Process

If we are unable to publish your articles and you meet the eligibility criteria:

Include your order number and explain why you believe you're eligible for a refund.

We will review your request within 5 business days.

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 45 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

If you decide not to proceed with the service after we've begun work on your articles.

If you fail to provide the necessary information or participate in the interview process.

For add-on publications (ABC, NBC, CBS, and BuzzFeed) purchased separately.

For TV interview services purchased separately.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the articles before publication. If you're not satisfied after these revisions, please contact us to discuss your concerns before we proceed with publication.
